CLASS POLICIES
Students are not considered a part of a class until full payment has been received.
Students must give 3 days notice to the shop if they pull out of a class. Students will receive store credit. Students forfeit the class fee if they cancel less than 3 days from the date of the class and the teacher is not required to offer a make up class.
Class fees are not refundable unless the shop cancels the class. We do have class minimums, so please be sure to sign up for a class as soon as you realize that you wish to take it. This will help to ensure that the class you want will "make". In the event that a class does not "make", we can refund the class fee to you or reschedule you to another date for that class (with your permission, of course!)
If students sign up by phone, payment information by credit card is to be provided to be registered in the class, or payment by cash, check or credit card, if registering in person. We cannot add your name to a class list unless we have payment information and you are not considered reserved for class until paid.
Our classes are a service to our customers, and, as always, we appreciate your support when you purchase supplies here. Supply lists are available for our classes when payment is received. Many supply lists can be emailed. Most of the supplies needed for our classes are available in the store.
