QUILTING CHOICES, "What do you Mean, Quilt as Desired" - $40
Do you struggle to decide how to quilt your tops once they are completed? Whether you quilt by hand or machine, choosing the quilting designs will determine the personality of the quilt. These decisions need to be made on the style of your quilt, your own skill level and a few 'not so scary' artistic principles. Mary Jo can help guide you through the process. We will spend the morning exploring 1) how design principles are applied to quilting lines, 2) techniques and strategies for successful quilting. Each person is invited to bring a quilt top to analyze in the afternoon. The class will work together to apply your new skills to real quilts and you can go home with a 'road map' design for your top.
