Quilters Emporium is a full-service quilt store conveniently located on the in-bound feeder road of the Southwest Freeway (HWY 59) between West Airport and Murphy Road, just ½ mile from the Sam Houston Toll Road.  Quilter's Emporium offers all quilters a very friendly and fun shopping and learning environment with wonderful values. 

Over 3500 bolts of 100% cotton fabrics from Moda, Benartex, Robert Kaufman, Andover Fabrics, Blank Quilting, RJR, P&B, Timeless Treasures, Henry Glass, Clothworks, Maywood Studios, Hoffman Fabrics and more is presented in a bright, well displayed, spacious atmosphere.  The Emporium boasts an impressive notions wall, a great selection of patterns, quilt kits, and is the exclusive distributor for original patterns by Five Sisters Designs and SISTERS patterns (where you can make 2 quilts from one fat quarter bundle!!!  Quilter's Emporium is also an authorized dealer of Janome Sewing Machines, Accuquilt Signature Dealer and Showcase Dealer for Koala Sewing Furniture.

Rose Ann opened Quilter's Emporium on February 1, 2004 and immediately began to set the shop apart by offering quilters annual quilting cruises through the Port of Galveston.  Each year, Quilter's Emporium hosts at least one quilting cruise with nationally known teachers.  All new Janome sewing machines are provided for the quilter's convenience.  Each cruise offers a variety of classes, games, events and fabulous ports of call.  Many guests return year after year, verifying that they have had a wonderful time and that the event is a good value for their vacation dollar!

Several Block of the Month programs are also offered each year.

Quilter's Emporium is well known for her friendly and helpful staff.  You are always greeted with a cheerful "Hi!" when you walk in this shop!  And if you are especially lucky, one of the shop dogs, Bailey, Eddie, Joanie or Katey-no, will be there to welcome you, too!  All are rescues.  They are happy-ever-after rescues in our home forever and they write an article in our weekly shop emails...just because they are that important!
